Comanufactured operates this website to help supplement brands explore manufacturers and request help with their projects. The business is currently being formed. Contact the Comanufactured team at hi@comanufactured.co about this notice or your information.
What is saved
The website saves your shortlist, project brief, contact details, manufacturer application and review status through Sites hosting and its Cloudflare database. The localhost development site has separate records. A private browser cookie provides access to your saved session for up to 30 days. It is not a cross-device account. We use these details to review your request, reply to you and coordinate an agreed next step.
Who can see it
You can see records associated with your browser session. Authorized Comanufactured administrators can review submitted requests, profile claims and applications. An introduction requires a separate agreement to share your brief; choosing a company does not automatically send it your information. Google Workspace processes correspondence and, when email delivery is connected, confirmations containing your email address and submission reference. Internal email alerts link to protected records rather than including your full brief. We do not send your project details to advertising services.
What we measure
We record directory, profile and manufacturer signup page views, shortlist additions and submissions to understand the flow. We also retain the first campaign source, medium, campaign label, referring hostname and supported landing path for your browser session when available. We discard full referring URLs, search terms and advertising click IDs. Project descriptions and contact details are not included in activity events. Test submissions can be excluded from lead reports.
Keep confidential formulas private
Describe your requirements without including trade secrets, payment information or sensitive personal data. Confidential formula exchange should follow an agreed process with the manufacturer.
Access and deletion
Clearing cookies removes your access key but does not delete the saved records. The control below deletes active records associated with this browser session. If you lose access, contact hi@comanufactured.co with your submission reference to request help or deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Retention
Unsubmitted drafts are removed after 30 days without an update. Submitted requests, applications and their review records are removed after 12 months without an update. Activity events are retained for up to 90 days. Cleanup runs during ordinary website use, at most once a day. The 30-day cookie lifetime is not a record deletion deadline. Email correspondence is managed separately in Google Workspace. Deleted active records may remain in provider recovery copies until those copies expire; contact us if you need help understanding or exercising deletion.
